Founded with a capital investment of 1 billion EGP by Nile City Investments , Nile City Towers met a need for a secure, technologically advanced and aesthetically pleasing hub for multinational enterprises, diplomatic missions and key members of the business world to base their local headquarters.

Sub Companies

Nile City Investments currently has a workforce of 441 employees and has been listed on Egyptian Exchange since December of 2001. It serves as the mother company to subsidiaries Nile City Management and Operations (NCO) and Nile City Tourism and Hotels (NCTH), the latter being the owner of Fairmont Hotels, and Nile City Projects.

Nile City Management and Operations (NCO)

NCO is 99% owned by NCI and plays a vital role in managing the Nile Towers. This encompasses diverse aspects such as Finance,  Engineering and Operation is expertly handed by Ex. Com. of Managing Director Mohamed Selim, Finance Director Mohsen Maher, Internal Audit Director Ezzat Touny and Sales & Marketing Director Afaf Abaza.
